Hotel Ideale - Ortona

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. the location was ideal as it was right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the sea. Plus, the breakfast spread each morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

All in all, everything was fantastic during my stay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay. The location of this hotel in the city center is perfect for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying the local attractions. Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the breakfast served was beyond my expectations, with a variety of options. the location was key as it was in walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. Plus, we loved the view of the city from our room.

The parking was very challenging and not very convenient for larger cars. the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and helpful with providing information about the area.

We were within walking distance to a couple of fantastic restaurants and the train station. the room was surprisingly spacious and tidy. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast also exceeded our expectations with a great variety of food.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made the rooms a bit warm at times.

Another fantastic aspect of the hotel was the stunning view of the ocean. Plus, its central location was perfect for walking around and discovering the area.

While the hotel was great, I did not appreciate the unexpected charges for accommodating more people in a room. I wish they would have been more transparent about their policies to avoid any surprises upon arrival.
